Translate PDF Files - Now you can translate Adobe PDF files with our built in PDF converter. Open PDF files in Microsoft Word, the software converts it to MS Word and you can translate the document. Change the translation options and turn on any dictionaries if necessary, and select the desired language pair. A Rich Text Format file containing your translation is created.

Systran is not a "word for word" translation
The powerful translating engine looks at how a word is used in a sentence to determine the translation results. Language is complex and many times Systran avoids the pitfall of translating "word for word" by recognizing tens of thousands of set phrases.

Premium - Project Management Supervise translation projects from the initial document analysis through dictionary updates and quality assurance. Additional Expert analysis tools help to control translation output and increase accuracy.

New Translation Memory Tool Allows you to do term extraction and create a translation memory database. Easily detect sentences that are alike and replace with pre-edited translated sentence. This greatly reduces repetitive editing of sentences that are alike in documents. A tool freelance translators use extensively.

New Sentence Review Analysis gives you control over word usage, example if a word needs to used as a noun, verb or adverb, the Premium version will highlight a list of the words that may need to changed, all you do is click the correct usage box. This feature alone can dramatically increase accuracy!

New Normalization Dictionary Control the output of certain phrases and terminology. Example "Translation Software 4 u" can be controlled to be translated as "Translation Software For You". In Forms, DOB can be output as Date of Birth.

New Additional Terminology Dictionaries (see below) Thousands of additional terminology filled dictionaries can increase the accuracy in different industries. Example if you have the word "server" it will translate as "waiter" referring to a server or waiter in a restaurant. Using Systran Premium you can turn on the Computer Dictionary and the word "server" is translated relating to a computer server. Many terms mean something completely different in another industry. Just think about computer terminology, words like windows, mouse, spam, network etc.
